Weight Loss Program by I Inter Bangkok Clinic
Welcome to Inter Bangkok Slimming (IBS), state of the art weight loss program for curing over weight and obesity. This program was developed by I Inter Bangkok Clinic, Bangkok, Thailand, and the hospital with more than 6 years of experience in obesity treatments.
IBS Month Set:
(Super Strong, Hyper, Magnum, Strong) Available month sets are: Strong, Super Strong, Hyper, Magnum. All sets allow to loose 6-11 kg within one month period. If you are novice to IBS, you supposed to begin with Strong set and follow Super Strong, then Hyper and Magnum in consequent months.
Please do not jump over to Hyper and Magnum since it won’t give you more than stated amount.
The month sets include components which trim fat, reduce appetite, normalize metabolism, clean body and blood
1. Drinks
Do: * Take pills with one glass of pure cold water. Try taking more water within the day than you usually do.
Do Not: * Avoid drinking alcohol and soft drinks
2. Food
Do: Eat three times a day even if you do not feel hungry. Eat much fruits and vegetables. At least, add green salad and dry fruits to your daily diet. Take your meals according to your usual schedule. Following routine meal schedule is important.
Do Not: Miss your meals.
Recommendations
Whenever possible, refrain from cookies, cakes, spaghetti, potato, grapes, melons, dates, fat meat, smoked food, alcohol.
Attention: If you do not feel any effect within 2 or 3 days, do not stop taking IBS course. Major effect such as, low appetite, taste conversion and weight decrease normally appears after 7-10 days of course taking.
3. Usage
There are several plastic packages in the box names Morning, Afternoon and Night correspondingly.
Take pills from MORNING package before the breakfast. You should take one pill of each type at once.
Take pills from AFTERNOON package 10 minutes before the lunch. You should take one pill of each type at once.
Take pills from NIGHT package 10 minutes before going to bed. You should take one pills of each type at once.
4. Physical exercises
Do: You can start exercising after the first week of taking course.
Do Not: Exercise during first week of IBS course taking
5. Rest
Do: *Sleep at least 6 hours a day
Do Not: Drink coffee or black tea if you can’t sleep
Counter Indications
Heart deceases, thyroid glands dysfunctions, diabetes. You should be careful having high blood pressure
6. Side Effects
1. Thirst. Try taking more water during this time. Increasing water supply for body helps loosing weight while taking IBS course.
2. Faster heart beating and pulse, dizziness. Usually happens at the beginning and disappears completely after first week of course taking.
3. Constipation. Can be easily avoided by taking more fruits and vegetables such as cabbage, green salad, apples, celery, oatmeal
***All described side effects are temporary ones and disappear quickly after first or second week of course taking
